What TutorFit does

TutorFit is a referral and matching service in Hyderabad, Telangana. We help parents find home tutors, and help schools and institutes find teachers. Tutors are independent professionals. They are not our employees or agents, and they decide how they teach.

For parents: the free consultation

• The parent consultation is currently free. We don’t ask parents for any payment or payment details to book it.
• It covers a consultation call, a shortlist of 2–3 verified tutors where available, help arranging a demo class, and follow-up after classes begin.
• Tuition fees are agreed between you and the tutor, and paid directly to the tutor as you both agree. TutorFit does not collect tuition fees.
• If we ever introduce a paid service, we will tell you the price clearly before you book, and update these terms and our Payments & refunds page first.
• Please give us accurate details about your child and requirements, so we can match well.

For tutors

• Registering with TutorFit is free.
• The information and documents you give us must be true and your own. We may verify them and may decline or remove any profile.
• Registration does not guarantee that you will be offered students or placements.
• You agree to behave professionally and safely with students and families, and to tell us promptly if you stop an engagement.

For schools and institutes

Enquiries are free. We introduce suitable teachers based on your requirement. Terms of any employment or engagement are agreed directly between your institution and the teacher, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Verification and limits

We check tutors’ ID and qualifications and interview them before suggesting them. These checks lower the risk but can’t remove it. Parents should supervise as they normally would, especially for younger children, and tell us straight away about any concern.

We don’t guarantee any particular exam result or academic outcome.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, TutorFit is not liable for losses arising from our consultation and matching service, which we currently provide to parents free of charge. We are not responsible for the acts of independent tutors, but we will act on any complaint and may remove a tutor from our list.

Using this website

Please don’t misuse the site: no false submissions, spam, attempts to access the admin area or other people’s data, or automated scraping. We may block access if we see misuse.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
