Payments & Refunds

The consultation is free

TutorFit doesn’t charge parents for the consultation. Booking it, the consultation call, the shortlist of tutors, arranging a demo class and our follow-up are all free while we’re new in Hyderabad. We don’t ask for card, bank or any other payment details at any point.

Tutors, schools and institutes don’t pay us anything either.

Tutor fees

Tuition fees are discussed with you openly during the consultation, then agreed and paid directly between you and the tutor. TutorFit does not collect tuition fees, so any refund of tuition fees is a matter between you and the tutor. If something goes wrong, tell us and we will help where we can.

Refunds

Because we don’t take any payment from you, there is nothing for us to refund. If anyone asks you to pay TutorFit for the consultation, please don’t pay and let us know straight away.

If this ever changes

If TutorFit ever introduces a paid service, we will update this page with the price and our refund rules before any payment is taken, and we will show the price clearly before you book. Bookings made while the consultation was free will not be charged.
